Israel from behind the camera: Gil Lavi presenting his work in NYC
In honor of Israeli independence day, photographer Gil Lavi will present his Israeli-oriented photo essays in front of New York City’s B’nai Jeshurun congregation.
Gil will present the following projects: After Shock, City of War, Urban stories from Tel Aviv, Lines running away and Happy Sadness, as well as some of his dad’s works, Photographer Moshe Lavi, created between 1960 and 1970.

Join us as we see Israel through the eyes of renowned photographer Gil Lavi, who will present his work. Gil holds an IAA Silver award for excellence in Commercial, Advertising & Fashion photography, and was chosen by Forbes Magazine as one of the most promising Israeli Talents.
